Caution

Let me preface this BLOG saying I am know diet expert and none of my recipes will include fat content or really anything of the sort ..

These recipes are simply stuff I cooked to get all red meat and some other meats out of my husbands everyday life.

I might include other ways we dropped Cholesterol

It goes without saying though .. I'm no doctor, dietician, specialist, expert of any sort so this should all be taken with a grain of salt .. in less of course you are looking to reduce the salt in your diet, perhaps then take it with a grain of salt substitute
